My 2015 word

Hi there, today I wanted to share my word that I had chosen for this new year. This year I chose the word simplify. I chose this word for numerous reasons but most of all to just make my life easier. I always like to document my word for the year in my first page in my PL album. This year I wanted to really have my word stand out and make it special, so I added some custom flair badges from The Crafty Pickle. I even designed the simplify badge and Taniesa was awesome to create it for me. And I have to say I love how it turned out.  Below are the two cards I created to spotlight my word Simplify for the year 2015. With the first card I added the Simplify flair badge and wanted that to be the focal point of the card. In the second card I added the 2015 flair badge to emphasize the year, then I added my journaling on why I chose my word.

So whats your word for the year 2015? I would love to hear how you came to choose your word and how you plan on documenting it. How would you like to win your own word flair badge along with a 2015 flair badge. All you need to do is leave me a comment by Saturday Jan 25th at 10:00 pm. I will then draw a winner on Sunday Jan 26th. Also during this time Taniesa is offering 15% off purchase of $10 or more using coupon code TCP2015 now though Sunday Good luck and I can't wait to hear your 2015 word.

Until  next time,

  1. My OLW this year is similar to yours. Mine is "Less". This year I want to do less, eat less, say Yes less, live with less, spend less, etc.

  3. My word for this year is Accomplish. And boy do I ever want to accomplish some of my goals I've made this year: Accomplish my health plan, accomplish a lot of my UFO's and accomplish getting my craft space organized!

  4. Simplify could be applied to so many facets of my life :) However, my OLW is "thankful"... Christmas week, I lost my father-n-law to cancer and a week later, we had to put down one of our doggy's because of old age & cancer, too. The memories created by both will be with me forever and for that, I am THANKFUL <3
